I Heart macro - Magnolia

Hello dear readers,

I think this is a type of large Magnolia...the flower is as wide as my outstretched hand; so beautiful.
If you know it's real name can you tell me?

Linking up to I Heart Macro..for those who love close up and macro photography.

  3. Beautiful, Jenni! There was a magnolia tree of that kind in front of my parent's house where I grew up in the Los Angeles area, so you'd think I'd know :~/ I miss it, but there are pink ones here in Oregon, which I love :~)
